  1. Q: What does REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS
    mean by Home Pro? 

    A:  A Home Pro is any Realtor, Builder or Developer. 

  2. Q:Is there a monthly or yearly subscription fee? 

    A:  No, there is no subscription fee or set up fees. 

  3. Q: Do I provide the list of realtors names for the mailers?

    A:
    No, the database for your region is already loaded into this system and updated when updates become available. 

  4. Q:Can anyone advertise on Realtour Affordable Flyers & Virtual Tours?

    A:  
    No, we only allow active Realtors, Builders and Developers to send flyers to other active Realtors. 

  5. Q:I am a broker, Can I send flyers recruiting agents to my company?

    A: 
    No, we only allow real estate communications between Realtors, Builders and Developers for the purpose of helping make other Realtors aware of property for sale in their region.  No solicitation of agents or spam is allowed. 

  6. Q: Do I get a discount for resending a previously sent flyer?

    A:  Yes, for 30 days you may resend a previously sent flyer for the same property for half credit (a 50% discount off the already very affordable price). You may change header, subject line, property information and price but re-sends must be for the same property and within 30 days.

  7. Q: How many Realtors will my flyer be sent to?”

    A:  This will vary with the size of your particular region and the number of Realtors with a valid e-mail address.  To see information on the number of agents in a particular region.

  8. Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

    A:  We graciously accept: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER/PAYPAL

  9. Q:  How long does it take for my property ad to be delivered?

    A:  We send out the flyers almost instantly. However, the time of arrival will vary depending on several factors. Mostly this is related to your internet service provider (ISP) and the (ISP's) of the people receiving the flyers. Because of this sometimes there are delays within the receiving process.

  10. Q:  Can I send flyers to agents in other parts of the country?

    A:  Our system only allows for marketing local agents in your region. However, you may forward your copy to any "Home Pro" you wish.  The reason we only send flyers to your local area is that we believe agents receiving flyers from outside their area would opt-out of the system thereby affecting the delivery of our flyers.

  13. Q:  How can REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS sell these products so cheap?

    A:  Our goal is to provide the best product at the lowest possible price. We feel this will create loyalty & long term customers, making it mutually beneficial for both parties.

  14. Q:  Can I send a copy of the Flyer & Virtual Tour to my client?

    A: Yes, the system is designed to automatically email your client after you have filled in the necessary fields in the flyer building process.

  15. Q:  Are there restrictions on the type of flyers I can send?

    A:  Yes, we only allow Realtor to Realtor, Developer to Realtor and Builder to Realtor flyers for the purpose of communicating available properties in a particular region. No Spam Is Allowed! This includes but is not limited to out of state flyers, recruitment, referral, financing, By owner flyers, etc.  All of these Are Not Allowed.

  16. Q:  I am a Builder or Developer, will I receive Flyers from other Builders, Developers, or Agents.?

    A: No, you will only receive a copy of your Flyer. Real estate Agents using our service will receive all Flyers, but Builders & Developers will not receive any flyers other than the ones they send.

  17. Q:  I am a Builder or Developer, must I offer a co-broke to Real Estate Agents to advertise a property?

  18. A: Yes, you must be offering a co-broke to Real Estate Agents to advertise on this site.

  19. Q:  I can not see the photos in email flyers. How do I set my email to accept images?

    A: Please consult your email programs help menu for details on how to do this for your specific email program.

  20. Q: Your web site displays to large on my screen. How do I adjust settings to view the site properly?

  21. A: This web site is best viewed with your screen resolution set at 1024 x768 pixels.

    To set your screen resolution on Windows:
    a. Right click in a clear space on your desktop
    b. Select properties
    c. Select the Settings Tab
    d. Set Resolution to 1024 x 768

  22. Q: I am a builder or Developer will my Flyer contain the Realtor logo?

  23. A: No, only Licensed Realtors flyers will contain the Realtor Logo.

  24. Q:  Will my client receive a copy of the flyer?

  25. A: Yes, your client will receive a copy of the flyer if you enter their email address in the step 1 of the flyer building process

  26. Q:  Will the clients copy have REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS info on it?

  27. A: No, they will receive a copy with no company information just a "Excellence in Real Estate" header with no link to our site.

  28. Q:  How long will FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS be available on your servers?

  29. A: Your Flyers will be stored for 12 months for quick resends and Virtual Tours will be good for 1 year (365 days).

  30. Q:  Will it take a long time to upload my photos?

  31. A: No, our Photo up-loader has been Optimized for Super Fast uploading of your Photos. Photos upload Instantly, Upload 50 Photos in 30 to 40 seconds.

  32. Q:  Are there limits when resending flyers?

    A: REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS limits the resending of flyers for the same property to no more than 3 times during 1 week, this is to avoid agents becoming irritated and unsubscribing, thereby reducing the deliverability of our flyers.

  33. Q:  Will vertical photos or photos with borders display properly in my flyer and/or Virtual Tour?

    A: Some photos may not display properly if they contain borders or if they are oriented vertically.

  34. Q: Will you help me with my email program?

    A: It is the responsibility of each Realtor , Builder or Developer to administer their own email system and/or email program.

  35. Q: If I resend a Flyer, may I update the Flyer information?

    A: On resends you may change the text on your flyer but not the property address, MLS #, or photos.
